Auburn's Questions About Driveway Installation & Repair
Helping You Understand the Driveway Installation Process
While you walk and drive on your driveway every day, you may not think much about it. That's why the experienced team at Apex Driveway Company is here to answer all your questions when it comes time to repair or replace your driveway.
What areas does Apex Driveway Company serve?
We are located in Smiths Station, AL, but we work with homeowners across Alabama. Some cities we serve include Alexander City, Auburn, Montgomery, Opelika, Phenix City, and Sylacauga. More recently, we've expanded to a few cities in Georgia, including Columbus, Lagrange, and Newnan. If you're not sure you're in our service area, contact us to find out.
I own a business. Can you build a driveway for my office or store?
No. As we do not have the equipment or capacity to handle larger commercial projects at this time, our focus is on residential customers. However, if you need driveway repair or replacement services at your home address, we'd be happy to help you.
I need warranty work done. Who do I contact?
If your driveway was installed by Apex Driveway Company and has a warranty, you can contact us to perform any warranty work needed. Otherwise, please contact the original installer of your driveway for assistance.
What types of materials can you build my driveway from?
We can build both concrete and asphalt driveways. However, our focus is on concrete due to its durability and strength. We can discuss these options with you during your free estimate.
Is it better for me to repair or replace my driveway?
Depending on the age and condition of your driveway, it may be more economical to replace it rather than repair it. Our team can discuss these options with you during your free estimate. We will come to your location to assess the condition of your driveway before we provide you with the next steps.
Do you build walkways or patios as well?
No. To provide the best possible service to our customers, our focus is on driveways.
I haven't moved into my new home yet. Can you meet me there for an estimate on a new driveway?
Yes. We can meet at the time and place that is most convenient for you for your free estimate. However, we do need to see the driveway that we will be working on to perform an accurate appraisal of its condition and determine the best possible course of action.
